Jo Ann Wondra – Office Manager
Jo Ann has been involved with the business since its inception in 1999. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor’s in business administration. She was in banking for 15 years prior to working at the office. Jo Ann is actively involved in the day-to-day operations including front office administration and as a dental assistant, as needed. She takes a personal interest in each and every patient and is always looking to implement changes to deliver better patient care and to minimize the amount of paperwork for both the patients and the office. " It is our goal to make sure that every patient is completely informed of any needed treatment and any out of pocket costs associated with the treatment".
Jennifer Adair – Dental Hygienist
Jennifer graduated from the University of New Mexico in May 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She was originally a patient of our office prior to her employment in 2002. She attended Experdent "Leadership in Dentistry" in 2004. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She actively takes continuing education classes to keep informed of changes in the dental hygiene profession, to give her patients the best care possible. Jennifer takes a personal interest in her patients and works very hard to make sure they have a thorough and great dental experience.
Jessica Aragon – Head Front Office Coordinator
Jessica has been in the dental field since 1999. She attended Santa Fe Community College where she studied computer graphics and advertising. Jessica has been employed by Wondra Dental Care, P.C. since 2003 and attended "Leadership in Dentistry" in 2004. She is a front office coordinator and works primarily with Dr. Wondra's schedule. She works diligently to ensure that treatment plans are as accurate as possible and patients have a good understanding of their appointments and the fees that they will incur. She is a valuable asset of our organization.
Melanie Lopez – Head Dental Assistant
Melanie has been in the dental field since 2003. She received her certificate in Dental Assisting from Pima Medical Institute in August 2003 and attended "Leadership in Dentistry" in 2004. She has been employed with Wondra Dental Care, P.C. since 2003. Melanie is Dr. Wondra's head dental assistant and has become a valuable asset to our organization with a thorough understanding of the needs of our patients.
Shannon Yazzie - Dental Hygienist
Shannon graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2004 with a Bachelor or Science in Dental Hygiene. She started in our office in 2006 on a part-time basis and as of May 2009, she has been working on a full-time basis. Shannon works very hard to make sure all of her patients obtain the best dental care possible.
